To help protect you against credit/debit card fraud, we have enhanced our fraud system to include Falcon, a sophisticated neural network.

When a transaction on your card appears to fall outside of your usual spending pattern—a transaction which does not fit your historical card spending behavior—an alert is created. A fraud analyst or automated voice system will then contact you at your home or office to verify whether or not you authorized the transaction. During the verification, you will be asked to confirm the last 4 digits of the Social Security number on file for you. Only the last four digits will be requested.

In the event that we can not successfully contact you, a decision will be made on your behalf to block future transactions until you can be reached for confirmation. Please be sure we have your most current phone number(s).
